Review of Te Vaka
Boy this group is fun! I've converted a number of friends into world music fans after only one listen to any of Te Vaka tunes. You can't help but dance and be lifted thousands of miles away to a less hectic life. I'll download everything WorldLink can get from these guys.

What a wonderful mix of traditional influences and forward inspired music! For all those longing for the south pacific! Warning: It is just beautiful.

These guys are unbelievably talented. A fantastic fusion of pop and traditional Samoan, Tokelau, and other pacific music. Opetaia Foa'i, the lead singer and songwriter, has a voice like silk. Nukukehe is my favorite album but Tutuki is great too.

I found this music by accident after a failed search of another artist; it lead me to Te Vaka instead. This group has pure, raw energy! One can't help but move to the beat. I am hooked!!! Zephyr Grace, United States
